  • How far ahead of time do I need to book a bus?
    We are available 24/7 for bookings, based on availability. You may contact us at 323-268-9998 and one of our operators will be able to assist you.
  • Is food & water allowed on the bus?
    A clean-up deposit will be required for bringing food and water onto the bus. Please indicate upon booking whether you will be needing to do so.
  • Is alcohol allowed on the bus?
    A clean-up deposit is required for bringing alcohol onto the bus. Please indicate upon booking whether you will be needing to do so.
  • What are your cancellation policies?
    Standard cancellation policies are: 14-days prior to trip date: 100% refund 9-days prior to trip date: 50% refund 5-days prior to trip date: 0% refund Cancellations must be confirmed in writing with our dispatch department.
  • What are your acceptable payment methods?
    We accept cash (if local), check, VISA and Mastercard (American Express will require additional fees).
